About GCSA

Established in 1970, GCSA (and formerly known as VOCA) is administered on state, regional and local levels.
A state supervisor from the Georgia Department of Education and a state coordinator work closely with a board of directors composed of the state chairperson and twelve regional coordinators, to foster education and motivational experiences for GCSA members. In addition to the board of directors, a GCSA leadership team works directly with the students who serve as state officers.
GCSA is a cost-effective way to integrate academic and career technical programs - one that is not only fun and rewarding for student members, but one that gives back to the community in many ways.
